Fees & Insurance
Currently I am offering fee for service OT consultation support. However, I am able to complete insurance-driven superbills to help with reimbursement when requested.
My fee is $225 per hour which includes relevant shared resources and occasional email check ins. I offer a sliding scale based on financial need — please never let cost be the reason you don't reach out. Just mention it and we'll find a way to make it work.
Yes, of course! I am always available to support you on your journey in helping your growing child. Time spent on email correspondence will be prorated.
Location & Format
Yes! I offer in-person OT consultation and collaboration meetings with families at your home throughout Greater Boston and the North Shore area of Massachusetts.
Yes. Virtual and phone consultations are available to Massachusetts residents. I am currently licensed to provide OT services in MA and will be expanding my licensure to additional states in the future.
Absolutely — and it's encouraged. When both parents are working from the same understanding and the same toolkit, the impact on your child is significantly greater.
Who I Work With
I have worked with children across the full developmental spectrum, including:
My primary focus is on coaching and empowering you as the parent. However, I am available to observe your child in person or virtually — watching how they move, communicate, and interact helps me tailor the most effective strategies for your family.
No — and that's an important distinction. OT-FamilyCollab is designed to work alongside your child's existing OT services, not replace them. My role is to help you understand and extend what those services are doing — bridging the gap between clinic and real life.
The Process
Every session is collaborative and tailored to your needs. We may review OT reports and IEP goals together, discuss home strategies, problem-solve a specific challenge you're facing, or build out your personalized toolbox. I teach you the what, how, and why of OT — so you leave every session with something you can use immediately.
Every family is different. Some families benefit enormously from just a few focused sessions. Others prefer ongoing support as their child grows. After our intake, I'll share my honest sense of what would serve your family best — with no pressure to commit to more than you need. When you're ready to taper down, we shift to bi-weekly, then monthly, then quarterly check-ins to maintain growth.
That's completely fine. Many families come to me before their child has been formally evaluated, or while on a waitlist for services. I can help you understand what you're observing, navigate the evaluation process, figure out what questions to ask, and build a home support strategy in the meantime.
"OT connects the dots across brain function, whole-body development, and daily life in a way no other discipline can."
